The Festival de Santiago Apostol is coming up soon. Bring the carnival spirit to your home or office with this 3D Vejigante styled in the Loizeña tradition. I hand sculpted this playful little fella using polymer clay and set him on glass with a painted background. The festival takes place in Loiza Aldea, Puerto Rico, but is also celebrated in El Barrio, NYC, the last weekend of July.
